#18 - Construction Project in Abruzzo (Casalbordino)
At the mid of March 2013 I started the project management of a detached house construction located in the countryside near Casalbordino. Two-stories three-bedrooms house with porticos and swimming-pool. Facade cladded with exposed original terra-cotta bricks (reclaimed from the old building). Roof completely made of timber.
The house has an open plan livingroom/diningroom with double ceiling height. The kitchen/lounge has 3 doors out to the terrace that wraps around the house. Downstairs with two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs is a very large master bedroom with a balcony, and another bathroom with a shower.
The plot is now landscaped with grass and a pool area with decking. The pool is 4 x 8 meters.
