Where to Stay in Abruzzo |
|
At the beginning of 2008 I started a complex restoration project for my English clients and friends David&Pauline Brenner. Their plan was very precise - a property with the scope to develop a new home for them and their new holiday villa rental business; and to keep the whole project within their budget. I worked very closely with David&Pauline to find them the perfect site; help them with the purchase; design their house and villas; and arrange for all the building work to be done. The building work started in May 2008 and VillasFor2 opened for business in summer 2009. The villas have risen from the ruins of a 19th century barn and sit side-by-side on a broad, secluded, south-facing sun-terrace with fantastic views over the beautiful Abruzzo countryside and the private pool. If you're looking for property in Abruzzo...stay with David&Pauline and talk to them about building/renovating an Abruzzo property. They'll be happy to pass on their own personal experiences - good and bad - and give you tips where to start looking for all the fixtures and fittings you'll need for your own Abruzzo project (and where to avoid !) |

Now VillasFor2 is ready and a great place to stay for a couple or two friends coming to Abruzzo for holidays or even to look at properties for sale. You might visit the website of David&Pauline (www.villasfor2.com) for more information or to find all their contact details. |
