Here follows short stories from people who chose our services in the past few years.
We think the only way to ckeck the reliability of a company is to speak with its former clients.

David & Frances (U.K.)

"We purchased our house in Collecorvino in 2006 and appointed Gianmarco as our project manager to oversee restoration and the conversion of the house into 2 apartments. I think it would have been impossible to get the building works done without his help, especially with the Italian paperwork! Gianmarco visited our site every week and emailed us photographs so we could see how the work was getting on. He also arranged a trip for us to go and visit all sorts of shops so we could choose doors, windows, marble, tiles, bathrooms etc. The project was finished to a very high standard and Gianmarco helped to make sure all the final paperwork was sorted out. We sold one of the apartments in 2010 and still own the larger upstairs unit."

Sarah (U.K.)

"I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gianmarco and his work. He inspired complete confidence; listened to our requests and made valuable observations; returned telephone calls and emails immediately, supplied accurate drawings promptly and above all, went through all the correct channels and didn't try to cut corners. Everything he did contributed to making our entry into Italy a simple and happy experience, and I am hugely grateful to him."

Sam & Philip (U.K.)

"Abruzzo Project (Gianmarco and Martina) enabled us to find and purchase our dream home in Abruzzo with ease. Since then, their continued support - arranging ongoing works, paying bills, keeping an occasional eye on the property and more - has been invaluable. The quality and commitment of their service is second to none. We are VERY satisfied clients and have no doubt that this happy state of affairs will continue indefinitely. Thank you, Gianmarco and Martina!"

David & Pauline (U.K.)

"We've known Gianmarco and his delightful wife Martina since 2007, when they found us the Abruzzo property that was to become Villasfor2. It was a complicated project accomplished in record speed and without major problems. In addition to drawing-up the plans for our own home and our holiday rental villas, Gianmarco acted as Project Manager and the link between us and both the local authorities and the utilities companies. We simply couldn't have achieved what we did achieve without his local knowledge; professional expertise; and willingness to go the extra mile on the many occasions that was necessary. Unlike many agents we came across on our own Abruzzo property search, for whom the most important factor seems to be showing you as many properties as possible in the hope that one might fit the bill, (without ever really bothering to consider what you really want), Gianmarco and Martina go to great lengths to discuss your requirements with you - Holiday home ? Permanent home ? Income-producing property ? New build ? Restoration ? - before making sensible and constructive suggestions as to how you can realistically achieve your aims, within your set budget. We were delighted with the work Gianmarco and Martina did for us and have no hesitation at all in recommending them."

Bill & Chris (U.K.)

"We had spent many months searching for our Italian property. We had seen beautiful houses in the wrong place, or in a lovely place but at an unaffordable price. We had looked mainly in Umbria and Le Marche but without finding the right combination of price, scenery, location, lifestyle and accessibility. We were only dimly aware even of where Abruzzo was, until we came upon a couple of web sites by chance. We then realised very quickly that this was an area of stunning scenery, unspoilt medieval villages, realistic prices, and within easy driving distance of Rome (and, of course, Pescara). At that point, buying the house was in some ways the easy bit. Unsurprisingly, much building work was needed, and this was where we were fortunate to have the services of Gianmarco of Abruzzo Project. His English is excellent, while our Italian is, to say the least, limited, and over a series of meetings, and many emails, he listened to our ideas, added several of his own, gave technical and design advice, drew up plans, and submitted them for planning permission. (Having someone who could deal with this aspect of bureaucracy was essential.) We were able to trust him absolutely to manage the whole project of renovating the house, including finding a builder whose standards are equally high. When problems arose (as they always will), they were dealt with promptly and efficiently, giving us confidence in a successful outcome. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and with the living space which has been created, and we have valued the relationship which has been maintained throughout the project."
