Restoration Projects
I am a qualified Master Civil Engineer (graduated at The Florence University) and member of The National Union of Italian Engineers. I work in Abruzzo as a freelance engineer helping foreign clients who want to buy and/or restore properties in this wonderful part of Italy. During the last few years I have assisted various clients in the selection of their ideal house and have overseen the development and restoration of their project.
I can manage the drawings&design, the planning application, the inspection/assistance of the geologist (analyse the condition of foundations and site), the thermal/insulation calculation, the structural calculation and the health and safety documentation for the building site. I can also help you select building materials, obtain quotes from builders, organize and oversee the works/project and manage the house for you after the restoration,... I work only with reliable builders who are used to working with such traditional materials as Majella stones or terracotta bricks. We're always looking out for providers of top quality workmanship at a fair and equitable price. With my team I'm able to keep control of every aspect of the planning, design and management of your “Abruzzo Project”.
We are always working to endeavour to avoid any unwelcome surprises for all our clients. I'll be glad to help you with any part of your building/restoration works, even if you didn't purchase your property through our estate agency.
