We have a portfolio of several completed projects and numerous satisfied customers. Here follows details and photos about some of them and some of the projects we are actually managing. We are happy to provide references and anytime you could speak directly with our previous clients.
Castiglione (Abruzzo)
A couple of clients from Germany appointed me for the design and project management of their new house in Abruzzo. The main aim of the project was to build a (zero-energy) passive house preserving the character and style of the old stone buildings in the area. The project concept was a comprehensive approach to cost-efficient, high quality, healthy and sustainable construction.
Casoli (Abruzzo)
Internal renovation of a building I structurally restored during the last few months. We took off the plaster from almost all the internal walls, send-blasting the stones and repointing them. The plaster and screed in the ground floor unit is damp-proof to avoid any kind of problems related to humidity. The works are actually in progress. Very soon photos of the windows, tiling and final decorations.
Casoli (Abruzzo)
The house for my clients and friends David and Pauline was built from scratch after the demolition of the ruin they bought in the countryside near Casoli. The building site started a couple of months after the purchasing completion and it took less than 1 year to them to move into their new house. Part of the materials of the ruin were re-used to build the new house as the tiles from the roof, the stones and the wooden beams.

VillasFor2 was designed and project managed for my clients and friends David and Pauline. Each villa has been created to have a huge open space area at ground floor for the living space (with bathroom and kitchen) and a bedroom located on top of a wooden mezzanine. Every unit has also an outside private space to give guests the possibility to enjoy the amazing view on the countryside and the coast.
Carapelle (Abruzzo)
House located just a few minutes from the center of Carapelle Calvisio. The house was totally redecorated preserving its traditional character. The kitchen and 2 new bathrooms were redone from scratch, as well as the plumbing and wiring. Installed new doors, windows and shutters. Re-tiled both the internal and external flooring, including the huge flat terrace on the top level.
Casoli (Abruzzo)
At the beginning of 2007 we bought an apartment located just in the middle of the historical center of Casoli, only a few meters from the main Corso. It was in need of complete internal renovation and with a lot of patience we transformed it in our office. We exposed the stones on almost all the walls and restored the original windows and shutters. If you come to visit us we'll be glad to show you details of this "personal" restoration project...
Casoli (Abruzzo)
House located in a countryside locality just outside Casoli. The building has been completely restored preserving its original character. All the external stone-walls have been sand-blasted and re-pointed using a mixture of local sand, white cement and clay. All the terracotta tiles of the roofs have been reused while the vaulted ceilings of the ground floor have been rebuilt using old-style terracotta bricks produced by a local small furnace.
Collecorvino (Abruzzo)
This big house located in the outskirt of Collecorvino, has been completely restored in 2007-2008 and converted in 2 independent apartments. All the roofs have been rebuilt (re-using the original terracotta tiles) and the external walls reinforced, even if a lot of the stones and bricks have been exposed. All the vaulted ceilings in the ground floor have been sand blasted and repointed.
Guardiagrele (Abruzzo)
"Villa Pagliarulo" is located a few minutes driving from Guardiagrele. The ground floor former stable was converted in a gorgeous living room. A lot of the stones on the walls were exposed giving a great character to the room. In the ground floor area we used a special damp-proof plaster to avoid any problems related to humidity. Capestrano (Abruzzo)
This little lovely house belongs to my English friend Sarah and it's located just a few minutes walking from the center of Capestrano. The house was totally redecorated preserving its traditional character. The vaulted terracotta ceilings were sand-blasted and a lot of the stone walls re-pointed. All the plumbing and wiring was completely redone. Doors, windows, shutters and a lot of flooring simply restored to their original aspect.
