My name is Gianmarco and I’m a master civil engineer specialising in house restoration projects. I run my own company with my wife Martina, who is also an engineer and a qualified estate agent. We specialise in assisting our clients to find and purchase their ideal property in Abruzzo. You might consider that almost all the PROPERTIES we have for sale are set in Val di Sangro area (where we live and work) to the south of Chieti/Pescara. The area consists of gently rolling hills covered with olives and vineyards. To the west we have the backdrop of the Majella Mountains, (a ski resort is just 40km away) and to the east the resorts of the Adriatic Sea (Fossacesia beach just 30km away). Majella National Park is only 10km from my office in Casoli, while Pescara Airport is 50km away. At the moment this is one of the most unspoiled areas of Abruzzo and probably the one with the most undiscovered potential.
